All our packages were shipped with Bpost. The delivery will take 3-5 working days .

We ship within Belgium and to The Netherlands.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ​

Changed your mind about your purchase? Dissatisfied with a product? You have 14 days , starting from the day you received your purchase, to ask for a return.  

 

How do you do that?

1. Send us an email to celeste.vannieuwenhuyse@gmail.com with the subject "return + order number". Within the email you have to say the reason why you want to return the item.

2. We will send you an email when we accept the return. Attached you will find your return label.

3. Add the return label to your package (we prefer the original box) and hand it over to the nearest post office in your area.

4. When we received your order in good condition, we will refund your money.
